Hi I'm Christine

As a mom of two energetic boys, I understand that feeding your child can sometimes be challenging. I have over 10-years of experience working as a registered dietitian in hospitals, such as The Hospital for Sick Children, Mount Sinai Hospital and South Lake Regional Health Center. My work experience has helped me become an expert in the nutritional needs of preterm infants, infants, toddlers, children, and teenagers.  I’m here to help with practical, evidence-based, and personal nutritional advice centered around the needs of your child and family.

Building Blocks Nutrition

I created Building Blocks Nutrition to help parents choose foods to nourish their children, fuel their minds, and instill a love for food and culture in their little ones.

I want to help you:

  • BUILD your child’s body and mind through food. The proper nutrition can help improve your child’s developmental outcomes, health and behavior.

  • BUILD an adventurous eater and stress-free meals.

  • BUILD family tradition. Food is more than nutrition. It brings family together by creating traditions and teaching about culture.

Feeding your children doesn’t have to be stressful or confusing. Let me help you.
